What is a "villa" or "Vacation Rental"?
A Villa or a Vacation Rental is a home away from home. Instead of staying in a hotel you stay at a comfortable house
that meets all your requirements. Aruba Villa Rentals offers A variety of sizes, styles and vacation homes types.
Units can range from studios to four, five bedrooms or even 6 bedrooms, sleeping up to 12 or more guests comfortably.
Budget or luxurious, with or without pool, beachfront or within walking distance of the beaches: there is a
vacation rental that will satisfy everyone!
Why rent a Villa?

What is included?
Each property is completely setup for vacation rentals, fully furnished with everything you need, just bring your suitcase!
Why Tax & Services when other companies may not charge it?
Aruba Villa Rentals operates legally! That pretty much explains it. Many private owners or small operators try to
rent villas but may: not be licensed or registered, not register the homes, not pay their taxes, not be familiar
with the tax codes, etc. Renting from them will save you money if all goes well, but what happens if the Government
finds out? Do you want to take the chance coming all the way here and find that your villa or the company was
closed down? Scrambling to get another rental may be difficult or expensive and what happens to the money you gave
them? Unfortunately we have seen this happen too many times. Do you really want to take that chance?
What happens if there is a problem with a villa?
Aruba Villa Rentals property management division is available 24/7 for emergencies. A dedicated staff is there to help.
Can I put a villa into your program?
Yes, you can put a villa into our program for us to rent for you as a vacation rental for a short term or a long
term program. We can also add to that program property management which is very handy while you are away, we check
the house, pay your bills and make sure everything is in order.
When is High Season and Low Season?
Aruba’s Low Season is during May and from September 15 until November 15. The High Season starts at November 15 and
lasts until April 30. In between we have the Summer Season from June until September 15. During the Christmas &
Carnival weeks the rates will be slightly higher.
Do you have a special check-in day for a weekly rental?
No, as long as our villas are available the check-in and check-out can be on every day of the week. So you can choose what fits you best!
Is there a required length of stay?
Our rates on the website are quoted weekly, for any additional nights the weekly rate will be divided by 7.
Shorter stays are possible, but ask for our price quote.
Do you offer any specials?
Yes, we do offer specials. Take a look on our ‘SPECIALS
’ heading on your left hand side on our website.
These specials will be updated regularly.
What about late check in?
It might occur that, for any reason, you will arrive in the late evening or even in the middle of the night. Of course
we will be of service to bring you to the house. Please make an arrangement with our office when you
know you will have a late check-in.
Can I rent long term?
Yes, we have properties that are available for long term rentals. We consider 6 months or longer as long term,
everything less than that is short term. Find our long term properties at www.absolutearuba.com choosing the
heading ‘Long term rentals’.
Why can’t I select my villa when I arrive?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any villa upon arrival. If there is no deposit paid for the requested property, we will not reserve it.
Location and amenities
Where are the villas located?
All our villas are conveniently located close to the beaches, restaurants and nightlife. Some of them on walking
distance and some of them within a 5 minutes drive!
What are the amenities and what do I have to bring?
Large TV's, music systems, game tables, BBQ's and more are often included in the vacation property. Plus, some vacation
rentals even come with access to things like nearby tennis courts or golf courses, too. No hotel can compete with the
amenities you will find in many vacation rentals.
Most of the houses have everything, however sometimes you need to bring extra beach towels or other items that the
house does not have. If you want to be sure, please contact us.
What services and extra amenities do you provide?
We can provide extra services like; housekeeping, concierge services, in-house spa & massage, private chef to
prepare your diner, grocery shopping service, airport pick up, telephone rental, carrental and many more.
Do I need a car?
Sometimes it is required to have a car, but we also have public bus service and taxi! The prices to rent a car depends
on the Car Rental Company, we arranged special prices with some reliable Car Rental Companies. Please contact
us for more information.
What about beaches?
All our villas are conveniently located at driving distance to the beach. All the beaches in Aruba are public,
most of them offers huts and palapas for shade and you can get beach chairs for $5 for the whole day.
Do I have to pay for utilities?
Weekly rentals are inclusive of utilities, electric, water, cable, septic service, gas and / or (other services
which may be provided at the house such as Internet or other services) at a "normal" usage. You will be responsible
for any "excessive" utility usage; a meter reading will be taken upon check-in and check-out.
