The large kitchen modern design is completely set up with coffee maker, blender, microwave, and separate laundry room with washer/dryer and hot water heater. The bedrooms are all King and Queen size beds, and master suite has a private bath. There is a large landscaped yard and fenced property surrounding this lovely home which is on the end of a quiet dead end street. Located just 3 minutes WALK from the Palm Beach, Hotels, restaurants and windsurfing beaches. This is a upscale residential community considered very safe, new community development, and you have the pleasure and privacy of a beautiful garden. Standard capacity 8 persons. Maximum capacity is 10 persons extra persons charges $50 per person per night. $100 cleaning fee and $100 energy fee per week shall apply.
