Located near the Palm Beach area and Malmok, the community is 10 minutes walk to the Marriott Hotels & Casino and 2-3 minutes driving distance to the the beach and midway between the islands most popular nightspots, restaurants and shopping. The villa features large living space with huge flat screen, kitchen with stainless equipment, dish washer, washer dryer, 3 bedroom main house plus 1 studio total, 3 bath and private pool. This upscale villa is elegantly decorated spacious and fully equipped with full kitchen, dining and patio for breezy outdoor living space. Tropical views of the natural garden and minutes to the beach and shopping. Master Bedroom features queen size bed and private bath. The guest room features queen beds. All rooms are tastefully decorated on a elegant tropical theme, all have ceiling fans and air-conditioning. There is also a private covered patio with pool lounge chairs. Sleeps 8 persons.

Area / Location
Bakval is one of Aruba's nicest residential communities located just across from the Marriott hotel. Homes in this area are exceptionally well located for the vacationer, only a two-block walk to beautiful beaches by the hotels as well as the very quiet stretch of beach on the opposite side of the Marriott. Take a very short walk to the high-rise hotels and the most popular wind surfing area. Only a few minutes ride to 'Restaurant Row', tennis club, golf course and eight minutes to town. This location is near water-sports, casinos, restaurants and horseback riding. Bakval is a very desirable community and the area is considered safe and quiet.
