Aruba Beach Front Villa "On the Beach" (3 Bedrooms) POOL
This lovely beach front villa with ocean view and pool is located at the Arashi beach at the Califorina light house in Malmok. Bus service runs in front of the villa and is short walking distance about 20 minutes the Palm Beach, Marriott Hotels, and windsurfing beaches, in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Aruba.
A huge family room with ceiling fans, an extra large kitchen very spacious and classically decorated along with plenty of island breezes flowing through. The villa features a bright spacious living with French doors that open to the veranda with spectacular ocean view. Classic feel with high vaulted wood carved ceilings, combined with a traditional style wood kitchen cabinets with new modern stainless appliances. Teak dining table on the veranda that is large enough for the whole family seats 16 persons. The house gives you the relaxed feeling of plenty of space, it's bright and breezy. The large pool features a lovely traditional tiled sun deck and tropical plants surrounding with plenty of shade and palm trees.
The Master Bedroom had King with en-suite Bathroom, and there are two Guest bedrooms one with King sized Bed and one with Queen sized Bed share a large bathroom (shower), dressing (makeup mirror) area with 2 walk-in closets. The garden is nicely landscaped; you'll find plenty of outdoor sitting and entertainment area. This house is ideal for larger groups and those who need lots extra living space compared to your hotel rooms! There are stairs leading to the pool level which has access directly to the beach and sea directly in front of this house!
The lower level (basement) has three optional additional guest rooms which are rented separately and will share the pool these rooms available upon request, each with private bathrooms, air conditioning and plenty of living space in the common lower level lobby area.
